Coach Philippe

Philippe DeRosier

OWNER, HEAD COACH

Coach Philippe is a 4 time NCAA Division 2 national champion and 10 4ef300dde548d4ab99130c7386640729
time All-American in track and field.   He participated in the 2014 NFL Regional Combine.  He   is a 2012 Olympic trials semifinalist in the 100 meter, 2012 Indoor Nationals 60 meter finalist and 2012 list 10th fastest 60 meter in the world.  Philippe has coached 10 high school state champions and All-Americans in football and track and field.  He has also assisted in the athletic recruitment of high school athletes to major universities across the country.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human performance and wellness from Saint Augustine’s University in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Madison Lawrence

ASSISTANT COACH

We are excited to introduce Madison Lawrence as our newest assistant coach. Madi, has been part of the sports performance training program for the last 2 years and successfully graduated through all the Prolific Performance requirements and challenges of being an elite athlete. Madi is currently a division 1 student-athlete at Towson University, playing soccer and studying Environment Science and Business. Prior to college, she played for a 5 time Maryland State Cup champion team, Premier Baltimore SC, that was consistently ranked within the top 10 soccer teams in the country.  “I am so excited to be able to share the journey, experience and program techniques I have learned with the new athletes wanting to be prolific performers” said Madi.

Sean Reedy

ASSISTANT COACH

Education:
Bachelors degree in Athletic Training from Salisbury University
Certifications:
  • ATC
  • LAT
  • CPR AED
Experience:
  • Sean played 2 years of DII Collegiate rugby at Salisbury University contributing to 2 PRU championships, 2 MARFU championships, A National champion runner up and a National Championship.
  • Served a semester as an intern Athletic Trainer at Archbishop Spalding High School
  • Served for a year as an intern Athletic Trainer at the United States Naval Academy working specifically with Wrestling, swimming/diving and Football
    Sean currently works along side an orthopedic surgeon of the Orthopedic and Sports medicine specialist group
